Mandy Ross, the new owner of Viento is serving America's favorite food, using fresh, local and natural ingredients made from scratch. She is putting the full spotlight on those favorites... burgers and steaks, building around them a menu of classic American comfort foods.
In addition to grass-fed burgers and steaks, the new menu offers soups and salads, and a variety of burger toppings and condiments, plus a selection of potato, sweet potato and chickpea fries. Northwest wines and beer are featured.
